Ronnie's communication style with patients puts them at ease, and he always explains their medical care in terms they can understand. His observations and assessments are spot-on, as his nursing skills are excellent. He is the first one to offer help and the last one to leave the room when the work is done. Ronnie is always in a great mood, works well with absolutely everyone, and is consistently courteous and polite. Ronnie is a great person and a great nurse.
