I have had the pleasure of working with Ron since 2016 and over this time I have really come to admire Ron as a leader, a staff RN, and a co-worker. Ron has a genuine quality about his personality, making him perfect for all these roles. As a leader, Ron can seamlessly coordinate the day between patients and staff. Patients love Ron even if their only encounter was by phone; he makes an impression. As a staff RN, he is extremely knowledgeable, and I trust his clinical judgment and skill completely. Ron is sincere in his work and delivers the kindest care. In an emergency, Ron provides his most undivided attention to the patient. As a co-worker, Ron is astonishingly reliable. In a pinch, whatever the case may be, Ron is always there.
In December Ron and the PCI, team cared for my father during what I can confidently say was the worst day of my father's adult life. At 2 am, Ron answered my phone call without hesitation, and immediately gave me the support I needed. I knew no matter what happened, my dad had the best odds with Ron and the rest of the team by his side. Ron is a true DAISY Nurse.
