Ronald has been working in the ED since December 2022, and during this period, the Hospital has received several notes of appreciation from patients thanking Ronald for his excellent nursing care.
The patient’s appreciation for Ronald included thanks for the exceptional care he provided, his kindness, cheerfulness, and willingness to help them. Ronald’s clinical skills were also acknowledged, with one patient specifically mentioning his skill in IV insertion. Patients also wrote and sent their best wishes and personal blessings to Ronald.
Working in an environment where patients and visitors come from many different countries and cultural backgrounds and speak different languages, Ronald consistently provides comforting Nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department.
