Ron was kind and patient with me and my family. He took the time to listen to me and I didn't feel like he saw me as just a room number or a person in a bed. He was genuinely concerned about my condition and comfort level. He was the best nurse I had during my stay.

father was hospitalized for urinary and colon problems. He received good medical attention over the next three days. However, little progress was made in resolving his issues. Ron was assigned as Dad's nurse. We explained Dad's issues and Ron quickly coordinated with PT staff to evaluate Dad and get him up and walking. He also coordinated with the hospital doctor and Dad's family doctor to address some other issues. Ron's actions and ownership of Dad's problems led to quick action. He made more progress that day then had happened over the previous three days. I believe Ron's actions were above and beyond what is required of your staff. Thank you, Ron.
