I brought my husband into the ER as he was very ill. This nurse, Ron, was so extraordinary in taking care of him. He explained what the IVs were for and what they were. He was pleasant, kind, and very patient with us when we asked questions. Ron is an example of what great customer service is all about. My husband was going to be admitted and Ron kept us informed and was attentive to my husband's needs. He is an outstanding nurse who needs this recognition! He is a true asset to the Metro Health system!
