Coming into the ER here was a devastating experience for me because I was very scared with no vision in my left eye. Therefore, I was transferred to the second floor where I met Ronda for the first time. Ronda truly shows great teamwork, leadership, integrity, and innovation in her job as a nurse. She is gifted in her profession as a nurse. She is a professional nurse that shows great clinical expertise and compassionate care for her patients. Just her lovely smile and energy really gives you a boost for the day. Ronda is definitely an outstanding role model for co-workers, patients, and this hospital.
