Shortly after Roni Reiter walked into my room in the emergencyobservation room of the hospital I just knew she was one of the "special nurses." I have spent more than my share of visits to hospitals and have gained a feeling for the best. She went the extra distance to try and explain what my care providers were doing and got information for me when I asked questions. I'm described as a difficult patient, as I have several diseases. Roni's compassion was above and beyond the normal treatment!
