Ronica advocates for her clients and co-workers, while seeing to her own well-being and encourages her co-workers to inspire and promote hope in every aspect of life.
Nurse Ronica Lambert works closely with clients struggling with opioid abuse in Adult Addictions. She is on the front lines of the opiate crisis and experiences the successes, challenges, and even deaths of her clients at the hand of opiate abuse. Ronica works tirelessly to flip the script on the stigma of addiction and medication-assisted treatment. She performs a wide range of tasks to assist individuals and their families in regaining control over their lives. Her spirit and work ethic remains strong and steady in the face of adversity. Nurse Lambert is the poster child for going "above and beyond" in her job. She encourages and reinforces positive progress individuals make toward recovery goals and assists them in identifying personal strengths in daily living and recovery skills. Ronica advocates for her clients and co-workers, while seeing to her own well-being and encourages her co-workers to inspire and promote hope in every aspect of life. Nurse Lambert is an inspiration and is deserving of the DAISY Award to celebrate and reward her care and compassion in medicine.
