I am a challenging case. my portacath moves, flips or just will not allow access. Ronna tackles all my issues in a professional and positive manner. There have been times that there were obstacles to get care in another dept or to contact a doctor, some how Ronna would contact the dept or MD and set up the care I needed in a timely basis.
