Ronni was so gracious and welcoming to me as a student nurse in November 2021. Throughout the shift, Ronni ensure that I received a quality education. Ronni thoroughly answered any questions I had, exemplified quality patient care, and performed nursing skills so I could, in turn, properly implement them.

I was so excited about one particular incident that Ronni helped me with specifically and after expressing my concern about drip medication and pump configuration. Ronni ensured that I was instructed effectively. She explained the process in a way that was easy to understand, I was able to operate the system in turn, on my first try in clinicals!

Ronni also was extremely compassionate and patient with those under her care throughout the day. I loved how she always responded to challenges and difficult circumstances with level-headedness and kindness. Ronni was a true professional and I am so grateful to have been able to shadow under her leadership. I learned so much! Thank you Ronni for all that you do every day and for being a wonderful nurse!

Ronni is making my dad feel so at home, that he is relaxed. She takes care of everything and is so happy about it. Dad loves her! She ROCKS!

I was admitted with COVID and was in the midst of a Sickle Cell crisis. I was frightened, in a lot of pain, I hadn't eaten and was ready to just leave the hospital altogether. Ronni sprang into action, putting me at ease. My meds were given right on the minute they were due. She was very kind, polite, and reassured me that I would be ok. Kindness goes a long way with this professional.
