Ronnie has a very tender approach to his nursing style that I really needed. He always seemed to anticipate my needs and remembered the small things. I never felt rushed or like a job to him. I felt like he genuinely cared and looked out for me. Most of my stay, which was quite a long stay, was without very many visitors - so Ronnie's special care really meant a lot to me.
