Rory was the most attentive nurse my grandfather had during his stay in the ICU. She was very personable and approachable. For everything, she explained what she was doing and why. Our family felt safe leaving on the nights that Rory was at the bedside.
When my grandfather required more respiratory support, she was right there assessing what he needed. Rory is not only educated but is capable of connecting the dots and looking at the big picture. She is a great nurse who has advocated every moment possible for him. I would give anything for myself to be in the position of my grandfather and if I was, I would want Rory to be at my bedside.
