Rosa is an angel! She was all of the above and more to my son the patient and our family. Rosa would go out of her way to help with pain management, get questions answered, and comforted us all day. She showed compassion and extra genuine concern. She was there when we needed answers and got help for us when needs weren't met. Thank god for Rosa. She's a great nurse!
