Rosa Fralonardo, RN

Rosa was nominated by her leadership team for providing her consistent practice in patient advocacy. She had a patient who was being discharged but felt he did not have all the things he needed in order to be discharged safely. She spoke up for safety and escalated to the physician, who agreed that they needed to take a closer look at the discharge instructions. Due to this advocacy, Rosa was able to discharge the patient safely and prevent further harm while outside the facility walls. Thank you, Rosa, for being an extraordinary nurse!
