After leaving the room around shift change, I came back and heard “It is done” coming loudly from the room, and then I met Rosie! For the rest of the day, she spent a lot of time in our room doing everything she could to keep spirits high and positive. She kept us motivated when it was hard after already being here for 3 days. Our situation changed overnight, and she came in the next morning to talk with us and comfort us, even though she wasn't assigned to us. The world needs more Rosies!
