I was in your hospital from June 19th to June 21st of this year. I had an endoscopy procedure. I am 87 years old and I have been in Imperial Point Hospital many times. I always receive a form (sent me in the mail) asking my opinion of the care give etc. I always fill in the form as everything "above satisfactory", I still feel the same way today! However, I would be remiss if I failed to mention one particular nurse by the name of Rosa Jones.

Rosa went way over and beyond the regular nursing duties. I was upset and crying and she comforted me in every way possible. Rosa addressed me in a warm soothing voice and wiped away my tears. She soon made me feel that the world isn't so bad after all. She could have been a daughter comforting a mother. I believe that on the evening of June 20th she wasn't working on her regular floor but just filling in. She should be commended for her exemplary nursing skills and her compassionate personality. You must be very proud of your entire staff and particularly proud of nurse Jones.
