Oh my, where do I even start? Rosa is the most compassionate, family-oriented nurse we have had ever. Believe me when I say she made very difficult and sad days better with hugs and crafts. She stopped at the craft store after work and picked up picture frames, paint, and brushes to get a handprint keepsake. It meant the world to us and the memories it will provide; a tangible reminder of love. If I wasn't so emotionally drained by the situation, I would write more.
