Rosa Salazar, RN

Rosa was everything a nurse should be.  Not only did she do her routine job tasks for the patient, but she went beyond by listening to what was "odd for him" and being proactive in her care plan.  She made me feel more at ease due to her response when his symptoms were making me very worried.  She showed empathy but also built trust by building a team effort in P's care.  I was so relieved in the morning when P was doing so much better, and was happy she could see the result of her care for him.
