Rosalee consistently exceeds expectations going above and beyond to assist patients and staff members alike. She currently floats between many locations and several different teams but regardless of the office, she treats all as if she is there to stay. She is insightful, efficient, and well-respected. She develops a report with those she interacts with effortlessly and is always missed when it's time to move to the next assignment. I can honestly say that regularly I hear, “When can we have Rosalee back?”

When it comes to providing guidance and advocating for the patients and staff, she does so in a professional manner that is well respected and admired. She treats others as she would like to be treated. She is never too busy to lend a helping hand to staff passing by, calls from fellow coworkers, and even the administrators when assistance is needed. She never seeks to pass the buck or let you know that she is currently covering another location but instead says” sure“ and asks how she can help. She demonstrates strong leadership skills and excels in critical thinking and her efficiency, caring, and compassion go without saying. She follows up on all pending issues and is resourceful. This team member demonstrates quality leadership while always displaying BayCare values.
