Rosaleen definitely found her calling being in the medical field helping people!
I work at Kaiser with Rosaleen Shelly, Nurse Practitioner, and I was having a personal medical issue. She was notified and immediately came to my aide within minutes. She had me lay down, took my vitals and was assessing my symptoms right away. I felt extremely grateful for having her here with me. She was super sweet, professional, and took excellent care of me. I feel so blessed to have such amazing coworkers. She definitely found her calling being in the medical field helping people! I can't thank her enough!

A coworker didn't feel well. She called Rosaleen for advice, and Rosaleen came upstairs in less than 30 seconds. She talked to my coworker about her medical history, took her vitals, and offered guidance on things to cut down on like caffeine and to make sure and stay hydrated. She gave her a place to lie down for 15 minutes to make sure symptoms did not present again and gave her Gatorade. Rosaleen could have instructed my coworker to call the nurse line, her PCP, or go to the emergency room, but instead, she took time away from her own schedule to help one of our own. She really is exceptional, and we are so proud to have her as a part of our department.
