Rosalina Osman helped us navigate the ups and downs of ICU. She made us so comfortable that our family member would get the best care possible; we felt we could go home and rest for the night. Her positive attitude made the information she gave easier to take and she explained it as many times as she needed to. She is an energizer bunny with a million-dollar smile!
I found out that most nights, she sat in his room, with her computer monitoring both of her patients because she was so concerned about his respiratory status. She also played counselor, spiritual guide, and friend when I started going down the rabbit hole. Our stay would have been very different without Rosalina.
