I was a little concerned about getting a colonoscopy. I had one before and it was not the best experience. Roz started off by making me feel very comfortable not only by how she treated me but how she treated the other patients around her. Then she got me going by making me laugh and she was very, very thorough with explaining the process and what could happen but also importantly what would not happen and overall just made the process wonderful. Everything she communicated occurred the way she said it would. I was so delighted to have this level of service.
