I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. I immediately heard the word "death". As I was working one day, Rosalind noticed I had lost weight and was concerned about me. We talked about my diagnosis. I hadn't been eating and didn't have an appetite. She asked me when my next appointment was; she went with me to the doctor to help me understand the diagnosis and the treatment plan. She was with me every step of the way and never left me. She purchased supplies for me while I was in the hospital to help me feel more comfortable.
If it wasn't for Rosalind, I wouldn't have had the support I needed to get through a difficult time. Now, after a year of being cancer free, I can celebrate! To this day, she still follows up with me when I see her. Thank you, Rosalind, for being a wonderful nurse and going above and beyond the call of duty.
