Rosie on a regular basis is a positive presence on the unit. I worked with her to facilitate a difficult discharge. She stayed calm and positive the entire time focusing to ensure the patient discharge was successful. In addition, when working with a nurse who was not familiar with the unit, Rosie jumped in to help. Rose always knows what is going on with her patients and if not, she is willing to address any issues. I cannot state enough how much of a privilege it is to work with Rosie regularly. I know working with her, the patient will truly get the best care they deserve. We all benefit from being around her calm, positive and professional attitude.
