Rose works on the orthopedic unit and is known for always doing the right thing even when it is difficult. During one challenging situation, a patient was having a hard day and didn't want to rely on anyone for help. Rose patiently listened to the patient and treated him with genuine kindness. Just that small moment of empathy helped turn around the patient's experience.
