Butterflies of expectations were all over the place as I embarked upon giving birth the very first time. As we entered the prep room for surgery, every nurse entered the room with a great attitude and professionalism. We had the esteemed pleasure of having Rosalinda to work with before and after surgery. She treated us as if we were a part of her family and provided timely expert care. Her patience, knowledge, smile, heartfelt words, words of wisdom, tips, and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and easy.
Rosalinda is definitely an asset to TCH and has exemplified the core values of great customer care. I honestly don't know if things would have gone so well without a comforting and knowledgeable nurse who was able to articulate and educate my family on things to expect before and after the delivery.
