Rosalinda’s clinical skill and especially her compassionate care exemplify the kind of nurse that our patients, their families, and our staff recognize as an outstanding role model. Rosalinda has been such a support system for my sister and I. We came in with a lot of confusion and worried about our loved one’s condition. It was the second time after a month that she was admitted to the hospital. Our loved one could not hold down neither food nor liquids, so it was a struggle to maintain calm and centered. Rosalinda’s sweet presence and warmth kept us motivated and upbeat to keep being positive. She shared a part of herself and her journey which we related to strongly. We were praying to God to put the exact people in our paths that would make an impact on our lives, and He brought us Rosalinda. Our loved one’s condition was left with a lot of unanswered questions after tests that were being done. Rosalinda was with us every step of the way and gave us the encouraging words, “Let’s do this together and figure it out as to why!” We did not feel alone throughout the process at all. We are so grateful for her existence and loving presence.
