Roz stays positive and is always exceeding the standards of care. I've seen her call multiple people at VAs trying to find out if help is available for a veteran that suffered from TBI. Even if she got told no from one person, that didn't stop her from continuing to look. She would talk or meet with the family and veteran to keep them updated about the care available. She educated the veteran and family about TBI and lifestyle modifications that helped his situation. In fact, after he made some of them lifestyle modifications, his TBI symptoms improved. He was even able to start attending college. Roz spent about 4 months or more looking for help for this veteran. I have seen her doing the same for other veterans that can be challenging.
