My mother was a patient of Rosalyn's and we were very fortunate to have such an empathetic, caring, efficient, friendly nurse. There was no task too small (or unpleasant) to undertake. My mom was in considerable pain, and she handled every situation with kindness, knowledge and respect for her condition. She is a wonderful asset to your staff and we highly recommend her for this award. She is indeed exceptional.

Apart from always having a smile, being courteous, caring, friendly, Rosalyn would always ask if I needed something else, if I was comfortable, how she could make my stay "better" for me. She came into my room more so than any other nurse. She was bringing me ice, picking up my food tray, just making sure my room was ok for me to feel comfortable. Normally, the PCT would do what she was doing but for some reason, she didn't have this help. Thanks for going above and beyond. She also called my doctors (3 different doctors) for me. Called CT scan area because we didn't know what time they would come for me and I wanted to eat. She is amazing!
