As sick as I was when I was admitted, I still was able to recognize that an exceptional nurse was caring for me. Rosana was efficient yet remarkably compassionate and kind. Even while I was not her patient, she would check on me to ensure my needs were met. If she saw me in the hall she always took the time to stop, ask and listen and always with a warm smile. Rosana asked questions and even "de-cluttered" my room while standing in the room with the other staff reviewing things. She is truly a guardian angel.
