I came to the ER by a 911 call. I did not know what was wrong with me at the time. My first thought was Covid-19. Once my Nurse came into the room and assured me even if it was Covid-19 I would be fine. Rosanna was so patient with me, I was scared and wanted to leave. She was so soft-spoken and kept me calm while placing the IV into my right arm. A physician assistant wanted to transfer me to Reading if I was Covid positive and I said, “no way my husband cannot drive to Reading”!
Rosanna came back after the blood work was completed and stated, “girlfriend, you are going nowhere, you are negative”. I smiled and said thank you, Jesus! Rosanna had such a graceful bedside manner. I feel you should select her for the DAISY Award.
