Rose has worked for our hospital for over 25 years. She was nominated for the DAISY Award three times within the last year. All of her nominations came from her co-workers. Each time, the stories contained the same sentiments: Rose is a devoted, compassionate, caring nurse who embodies the true spirit of bedside nursing. She is well respected by co-workers and physicians alike for her keen clinical acumen and unyielding spirit of patient advocacy. Rose is a team player, an active leader and role model-- a true asset to our hospital and to the nursing profession.

Rose recently attended the MAGNET Conference where she had the honor of meeting the Barnes family. She told us this was truly an amazing moment for her and quite an honor!
