I do not know anything about medical jargon. Rose has gone out of her way to explain things to me, without me feeling stupid, concerning my mom's care. She has taken the time to visit with mom (mom has 5% of hearing left), so this can sometimes be a challenge. She has been one of the best nurses I have ever witnessed. She is what a nurse supposed to be. Thank you, Rose, for caring.
