Rose Jimenez has shown patience and compassion with multiple patients who are having a psychotic/mental break when admitted. One patient was admitted with COVID and was having a hard time mentally. Rose was very patient with this patient as other RNs were not able to “break thru” to them. She was able to calm the patient, the patient was able to keep using the BIPAP and HI Flow oxygen, and the patient’s anxiety decreased. Oxygenation improved and the patient was eventually discharged.
