Rose is always willing to go the extra mile to please her patients' families as well as provide assistance to her co-workers. Unlike everyone else, I have never once heard her complain. I have seen her help other patients with babies that were deceased or in the process of passing, and her bedside manner is phenomenal. Rose provides calmness to both the nurses and parents.
