Rose Robertson, RN

All the nurses at St. Lukes are excellent, but Rose Robertson stood out from the others. We were blessed to have Rose care for my mother during her stay at St. Lukes. My mom suffers from dementia and can be a handful, especially at night. Rose remained very attentive to mom checking on her frequently. Her soothing voice and presence seemed to calm mom down when she would get agitated. No matter how often we called for her or how many questions we asked, Rose always came into the room with a sweet smile and a servant's heart. Even though the unit was busy, never once did Rose ever make us feel like caring for mom was a burden to her. Nursing is a job to some but for Rose it is a calling.
