Rose is always willing to help out when volunteers are needed for hospital and community projects. She has organized sending packages to soldiers and is committed to making a difference. She is a quiet person but her patients love her quiet ways. Rose volunteers to be a preceptor and to be in charge without being asked.

She was the first nurse in the Skilled Nursing Unit to receive her Gerontology certification. She sets a good example for all of us to follow.
