Rose Torres, RN
Rose Torres is exactly what a nurse should be. She is a wonderful role model, always calm and willing to help anyone in need. She is a wonderful team leader who not only takes care of her department but makes sure that the entire clinic is running smoothly. Patients appreciate Rose’s calm demeanor and describe her as kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. Her kind heart and warm presence have resulted in positive outcomes on difficult patient issues. She exemplifies customer service and represents Kaiser Permanente positively. You never have to ask Rose twice for help, taking care of members, co-workers and providers is what she is here to do. Rose is one of the best team leaders we have ever had. Her positive professional attitude makes coming to work a joy for us all.
