It was my first time to ever receive blood. I am battling lung cancer and was sent to receive blood and antibiotics by my oncologist. I was very nervous. Rose was so kind and comforting to both my wife and me. I have had good experiences with all the staff I have encountered at DMH, but Rose was exceptional. She answered any questions or concerns we had and made us feel confident in the care I was receiving.
