Rose was very attentive. I felt she went above and beyond in my care, making sure I was getting what I needed. Her enthusiastic and compassionate personality makes so much of a positive difference in a patient’s care.

When I first arrived at Kaiser from another trauma hospital, she right away asked if I needed anything, washed the blood from my hair, and cleaned me up. When someone like me can’t do things for themselves, there's a reluctance to ask for anything. Rose made me feel comfortable asking for help. Everyone during my stay at Kaiser, nurses especially, were very professional and caring. Rose even ran down the hall to say goodbye when I left, leaving a good lasting impression of the floor staff.
