Rosella was (unluckily) assigned to care for my husband. She was calming, patient, sweet, overly attentive and smart. So well trained and she loves her job, it was obvious! My husband got panic attacks and started to rip his tubes out. Rosella assured him he is in good care and calmed him down. He let her take care of him where he resisted other nurses.
