Roselle C Miranda-tan, Registered Nurse

I've been having serious drowsiness for several days. When I couldn't get an appt. with my PCP for tomorrow, I called the Advice Nurses and got the most amazing nurse! Her name is Roselle. She listened so carefully, and asked me a lot of questions. She read back to me her notes to make sure she understood. She then contacted the doctor - and reported back to me exactly what he said and what the plan was. And she did it with empathy, which was so refreshing.

I felt like I was in good hands and that she had my best interests at heart. I felt compelled to write to you about her because I've never had such a satisfying experience with an Advice Nurse.
