I am an ER RN and was admitted 3 weeks before my due date. I was extremely scared and nervous. I was by myself and my husband didn't arrive until hours later. From the check-in until delivery, every staff member was amazing. Rosemarie was my nurse on the 2nd day when my pain started increasing significantly. From the moment she took over, she did not treat me like an RN she treated me like a person and patient, she didn't assume I knew everything when answering all my questions and checked on me every hour. She walked me back and forth from the bathroom as many times as I needed. As well as keeping the room and bathroom clean and comfortable. I was getting stir crazy and impatient so she sat and just talked with us and calmed my nerves. She advocated for me to the doctors and every concern was dealt with fast and efficiently. She made this hard experience easier and I can't thank her enough.
