From the moment I was admitted to her floor late Friday evening she made me welcome and immediately began addressing my health issues. Her compassion and concern for my comfort and well being were outstanding and greatly helped me overcome the fears and concerns I had in this unexpected situation. In spite of a full workload, Ms. Yetman gave of her time and energy fully attending to her patients with kindness and outstanding competence.

Ms. Yetman carefully and patiently explained all procedures and medication administered. She took time to answer all questions I had and sought to find remedies to suggest so that I had an active role in choosing which remedies I might prefer to try.

It is such an honor to find such a high level of competence, knowledge, compassion and concern in a nurse who is so young but so obviously capable. Her love of her work and care for her patients is beyond outstanding.
