Rosemary was super kind and caring towards me when I first checked into the hospital. I was scared over all the waiting in chaos, I just wanted to shower. I didn't know who to go to or what to do so I asked Rosemary if I could shower. She said, "Absolutely, Honey let me get you what you need." I sighed a breath of relief because I was terrified of any type of change. But her caring tone and demeanor really soothed me enough to relax, shower, and actually start to speak to others. She was a huge help to me! I thank God for her small gestures of help and kindness, even though this is her job she does so with grace and ease. She was kind and went above and beyond for me and the patients on the unit. Rose always made me feel welcome and like I could do this. She was always positive with a good vibe that always helped me get through.
