Rosemay Todman, BSN, RN, RNC, CCRN

Rosemay Todman is the epitome of what it means to be a team player. Even after 25 years of dedication to our NICU, Rosemay comes to work each day with a positive attitude and exceeds all expectations of a nurse. She's always willing to help; whether it's at the bedside or mentoring other staff members. She is known on our unit as the IV queen and is always everyone's go-to nurse for a tough IV. Even on Rose's days off, if she is called because the unit is short-staffed, she will cancel her plans to come to work. This just goes to show how dedicated Rose is to the unit and to the patients. Rose can constantly be found educating and assisting other staff in anything they may need help with. She never hesitates to help someone, regardless of how busy she is. Sometimes we will get a patient that doesn't have many visitors and Rose will go out and buy these patients clothes to wear and toys to play with. To boost morale on the unit, Rose is often seen bringing in midnight treats. She is a staple on nightshift, and the unit would not be the same without her.
