From my very 1st night, Ross was very attentive. ANYTHING that I needed he indicated for me to use the call button. I was not to hesitate. He helped me to remember to stay ahead of my pain. Whatever I needed; Apple juice or Graham crackers in-between meals he took care of it. He is very friendly and personable. I looked forward to him being my night nurse. He listened to the stories of my kids. He understood my apprehensiveness after a previous chaotic and horrible experience at a different facility. He made it a priority to make sure my experience here was a positive one. He has succeeded.
