I am writing to commend an incredible nurse for her exceptional care and wonderful spirit during my recent hospital stay. I was feeling overwhelmed by fear and anxiety. Rosette Chirimwami completely changed the atmosphere for me. Amidst the stress, she brought joy into my room and took the time to just share a laugh with me. That moment of laughter was exactly what I needed to break the tension and ease my mind. It showed me how much Rosette truly cares about her patients' emotional well-being, not just physical health. I am so grateful to her for her kindness, her warmth, and for bringing light into a scary situation.
