I am a physician, frontline healthcare worker, and hospitalist who has been practicing medicine for over a decade. My mother recently had her surgery at TMMC. One of TMMC’s nurses, Rosie Del Rosario, did such a great job caring for my mom and left her with such a good impression that I was motivated to seek your contact email out so you could know about it. The glowing comments my mom made about Rosie’s sweet and caring demeanor made me truly appreciative of the care that my mom received at TMMC. My mom relayed how Rosie was proactive, gentle, and encouraging in making my mom meet her postoperative discharge milestones like urination, ambulation, etc. Rosie also went the extra mile and called me after my mom’s surgery was done to put my mind at ease and let me know that everything had gone well. Rosie already knew all the relevant pertinent medical information about my mom, and I could tell how vested she was in ensuring that her patient was receiving optimal medical care. As a doctor who has personally worked with, as well as directly observed the clinical care of hundreds (if not thousands), of nurses. I can say with absolute assurance that Rosie is in the very top tier of nurses that I have interacted with.
