I work with Rosie on a professional level and it’s obvious how much of a caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, hardworking RN she is.

In January, due to a family emergency, I had the experience of working with her on a personal level. I can truly attest to how wonderful of a RN she is. While in the ED, I contacted her to request a bed on our unit. She subsequently reached out to House Sup and our unit manager. The transfer was ultimately made. Throughout our stay, she would frequently check in to make sure all needs were being met.

On the day of discharge, she stayed beyond her shift to make sure the paperwork was completed correctly and timely. As the discharge was after hours, she offered to locate an open pharmacy to fill the new meds. After going over the discharge instructions and obtaining all the materials we needed to go home, she located a wheelchair and personally took us out. Not only does Rosie possess the clinical skills, but her demeanor, attitude, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond are the true epitome of everyday excellence.
